Return Policy (retail customers)

Regular-priced items: Full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Mail-In Return – Request a Return and once authorized, a prepaid return label will be provided. Fees for returns:

$14.95 Cdn (Canadian orders)
$25.00 USD (U.S. orders)


Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving a return authorization otherwise the return will not be accepted.

General Return Guidelines

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached
• Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
• Avoid contact with perfume, makeup, or lotions when trying on items
• Worn or damaged items are not eligible for return.
